Atreus Systems Joins Juniper OSS Alliance to Deliver

Partnership Enables Xspedius Communications to Speed the Delivery of Voice Over IP,

(Nasdaq: JNPR) that will enable service providers worldwide to accelerate revenue from IP services. The alliance combines Juniper’s M & T-series, the industry's first core routing platform that delivers high availability, reliability and intelligent services at multi-terabit scale with Atreus’ proven service fulfillment solution to support development and delivery of advanced IP services.

In a related announcement, Xspedius Communications, an Integrated Communications Provider serving small and medium-sized businesses, has selected Juniper and Atreus to deliver an extensive service portfolio including VoIP, VPN and advanced IT services to their marketplace. The interoperable solutions allows Xspedius to efficiently and rapidly deploy IP services for its small and medium-sized business customers across its entire footprint - including 20 states, plus the District of Columbia, for a total of 45 markets.
