Atreus Systems Bolsters Executive Management Team with Addition of Former Telcordia and Martin Group Executives Len Castelli Joins as Vice President of Business Development Ottawa, ON, November 10, 2003 - Atreus Systems?, a service fulfillment leader for Internet Protocol (IP) services and applications, is pleased to announce the appointment of Len Castelli, to the position of Vice President of Business Development, and Doug Snow, to the position of Vice President of Sales. The expanded management team is chartered with reinforcing and growing the company's leadership position in the burgeoning service creation and activation market, and building up the success of the Atreus xAuthority? product line. "Len and Doug?s proven experience and successes over the past twenty years are a testament to their strong leadership and operational execution skills," said Andrea Baptiste, President and CEO, Atreus Systems. As Vice President of Business Development, Len Castelli leverages over 18 years of experience with the development and deployment of Next Generation telecommunications Operations Support Systems in major international carriers. A dynamic executive known for his people-oriented style of management, Castelli will oversee Atreus? existing strategic partnership programs while spearheading the creation of additional revenue-generating channel and partner initiatives. Prior to joining Atreus, Castelli served as Vice President and General Manager for Telcordia Technologies? Solutions Development organization where he was responsible for providing direct leadership to sales professionals, sales engineers, systems architects and proposal managers in achieving corporate revenue objectives. Castelli has an established track record for building, motivating and retaining strong and diverse product teams engaged in OSS development and deployment. Possessing excellent business development and customer management skills, Castelli has held several other executive positions at both Telcordia and Bellcore where he successfully led his teams in offering end-to-end solutions to customers worldwide. As Vice President of Sales, Doug Snow brings more than 22 years of sales management experience to the company. Known for his energy, enthusiasm and productivity, Snow has a proven history of developing and exceeding corporate revenue objectives, while providing solid leadership, direction and motivation to both management and staff. Snow has a strong background in the OSS software solutions and Telecom industries, with a breadth of experience in providing solutions to the carrier and enterprise markets. Prior to joining Atreus, Snow served as Vice President for Martin Group, Inc., the largest provider of OSS products to the rural telecom market, where he led his team to exceed revenue goals. Snow has successfully held executive positions at Clear Communications, Cygent, and Informix Software, where he worked with such major customers as AT&T, BellSouth, BellSouth Mobility and SBC.
