Andrea Baptiste
President and CEO
Andrea leads the company vision and direction for Atreus’ industry-leading IP Service Provisioning Software. Andrea brings more than twenty years of experience, business acumen and industry knowledge to Atreus. A veteran executive in telecommunications networking, service management, and mobile communications, Andrea has held positions at Cambrian Systems Corporation (Nortel Networks), CrossKeys Systems, TeleSat Mobile, and Newbridge Networks. Prior to co-founding Atreus, Andrea was an early member of Cambrian Systems, an optical equipment vendor that was acquired by Nortel Networks for $300 million within two years of the company’s inception. Andrea serves on Atreus’ Board of Directors and holds a B.A. Sc. (Honours, Applied Science in Electrical Engineering) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and has achieved accreditation as a Professional Engineer of Ontario.

Doug Bellinger
CTO, EVP Product Management
Doug drives Atreus’ technology vision and leads the product direction for Atreus’ industry-leading Service Provisioning Solution for voice, data and advanced applications. Since co-founding Atreus in 1999, Doug has helped create an emerging industry definition of the next-generation applications layer and established Atreus’ leadership in the IP services and VoIP market. One of the networking industry's foremost software architects, Doug currently holds five patents in telecommunications technologies. With over twenty years of experience in telecommunications networking, service and network management, and all aspects of software product development and life cycle management, Doug previously held positions at Solect Technology, CrossKeys Systems, CADLink Technology and Newbridge Networks. Doug holds a B.A. Sc. (Honours, Applied Science in Electrical Engineering) from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.

Andy Sceats
Vice President, Sales International
Andy is responsible for the sale and distribution of Atreus’ IP Service Provisioning software and services in Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA). With more than twenty years industry experience, he has held senior management roles at other leading companies including Vados Systems where he served as General Manager. Prior to this, from 1999 to 2004, Andy was Senior Vice President for Network Equipment Technologies (net.com). From 1990 to 1999, Andy held a variety of successful Sales Management roles for Newbridge Networks where he lead the sales and services organizations to significant revenue growth. Andy’s success is credited to his customer focus and well-rounded management style. He is intent on identifying the best talent and ensuring his teams focus on putting customer needs first, while generating profitable revenue growth with integrity.

Ron Blair
Chief Financial Officer
Ron is a highly seasoned and respected finance executive who has consistently demonstrated outstanding achievement, leadership and personal integrity. A results-driven professional committed to building and protecting shareholder value, Ron has presided over the successful completion of numerous financing rounds and capital market transactions. For more than twenty years, Ron has served in senior financial positions for high-growth public and private telecommunications companies, including DragonWave Inc., Nortel Networks, Cambrian Systems, and Advanced Information Technologies. As CFO at Cambrian, he helped guide the company through a period of rapid growth and negotiated the sale of the company to Nortel Networks for $300 Million. Ron is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Francis Xavier University, Canada.
